WHO’S ELIGIBLE?

Persons who require 24-hour nursing support or "Intermediate / Complex Care" are eligible to live at Rosewood Manor

HOW DOES ONE APPLY FOR ADMISSION?

If you are living in the community, contact your local Health Unit, Continuing Care Division, Case Manager (604 278-3361). If you are in the hospital contact the hospital social worker. An assessment of your health will be done by their staff. The Priority Access List is managed by Richmond Continuing Care.

Note: Tours are conducted on the 1st Friday of each month at 2:00pm OR by Appointment. (Call: 604 271-3590, local 121 for Reception.)
